I don’t understand the negative reviews; I bought through the Instagram ad and my multipack was delivered promptly. Tastes good, seems to give me a mild boost, maybe it’s psychosomatic but must say the whole experience has been positive.

I’ve tried multiple times to order. And my order has been stuck for over a week even showing it in stock. I was told my order looked suspicious, didn’t even try to call me. Just took my money and I’m sitting waiting for nothing. Customer service is garbage. With the same copy and paste response “ My sincerest apologies for the delayed response. Due to the high amount of inquiries we are currently receiving, we are not always able to respond as quickly as we would like to.” Money hungry company doesn’t want to hire staff. So far this is my worst shopping experience ever. Not even lying. I hope nobody is experiencing this. It really sucks

Love their peppermint mints during my weekend dives

I ordered two months ago, they said there was company wide delays one month in and refunded me 5% and then after two months they told me it had been lost in transit and refunded me the rest, complete rip off they basically held my money for two months and I didn't receive any product or any incentive to order again

I wish I can give this company 0 stars. I can’t even give this company a review on google. I placed an order on the 8th of May and have never received it. My order is sitting dormant with a 3rd party shipping company. Don’t trust this company!

I can't live without Neuro! It gives me the perfect boost throughout the day whenever I am feeling tired...I like both the Peppermint mint and gum. You can carry them anywhere and they are great for traveling, especially if you have jetlag!
