After much research on the mitochondrial benefits of Urolithin A, as well as manufacturers, my daughter and I started taking Pro+ Urolithin A by NEUROGAN. It’s been several months now, and we both feel that we operate at a higher level, both mentally and physically! We continue to be very pleased with its effects, AND, a big cherry on top is their wonderful, easy to access, customer service department! (Thanks Nichole.)

Great customer service! I am very satisfied with their products and definitely will continue repurchasing. I had one minor incident of not receiving the order, most likely due to mishandling during transit. But Nicole was super helpful and was able to get my product shipped again. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, I ordered DHB from Neurogan via their UK distributor, iHerb. Ordered it on 27th May 2026 and updates available until the 28th May. It was due for delivery today, and nobody knows where it is. No customer service with iHerb, no way to contact Neurogan Health Care UK, and the only thing you can talk to in iHerb is a bot. Find another company to order from where you will at least GET your product, as this is horrific.

I’ve been battling hair loss for 10 years and I’ve been on finasteride and minoxidil for the entirety of those 10 years however I never ever gained any of my hair back that I lost I only maintained what I had left. My crown was showing and my hairline was visibly receding and my hair was brittle and thin so end of February 2026 I decided to purchase Neurogan ghk-cu + ahk-cu spray and in 1 month I’ve grown more hair then the entirety of me using finasteride and minoxidil. I’ve got new hairs visibly growing in and my existing hairs have gotten a lot healthier and are no longer thin and brittle to where now only the diameter of the size of a dime is visible on my crown and my hairline is coming back as well all the nurses and doctors all month have been noticing I have a full head of hair it’s insane I thought I was screwed forever but now I have a second chance at a full healthy head of hair thanks to these guys. And the customer service don’t get me started so I underestimated how long it took me to go through a bottle because of how much I specifically needed to spray to the point where I downsized from 2 doses a day to 1 dose and I messaged them if they could speed up the process of fulfillment and shipping and they said pick the express shipping option right? Well my dumbass forgot to pick express shipping option chose the free normal option and they STILL PROCESSED MY ORDER SND SHIPPED ME THE FASTER SHIPPING OPTION without charging me extra and they didn’t think id notice but I did. This time around my bottle got to my door faster than the first time that is amazing wonderful customer service helping me get back to 2 doses a day knowing I was on my last literal 5 sprays it got to the point where the liquid couldn’t reach the straw so I had to press the sprayer and tilt the bottle and hope I got enough out and they still made sure to get it to me faster before I ran out.

I’ve tried a lot of skincare products over the years, but the Advanced GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Face Cream has honestly been one of the most impressive additions to my routine. The formula feels incredibly high quality and absorbs smoothly without feeling heavy or greasy. What really stood out for me is how well it works after red light therapy. I use RLT regularly, and applying this cream afterward seems to supercharge the recovery process. My skin looks noticeably calmer, more hydrated, and firmer the next morning. Over a few weeks I’ve also seen improvements in texture and overall glow. Copper peptides like GHK-Cu are known for supporting collagen production and skin repair, and this cream really delivers on that promise. My skin feels stronger, smoother, and more resilient. If you’re serious about anti-aging skincare or already using treatments like red light therapy, this product fits perfectly into that routine. Highly recommend it
