I have cancelled any further shipments but you have ignored me twice , I don't want any more of your products do not send the shipment you advised me about today and repay the money into my account. Last time I was stuck at the airport because there were not sufficient funds in my account to take an Uber This is very frustrating

I have noticed a very small change since i started using them, floaters gone. But did not know i had signed up for a subscription that I cant seem to get out of after contacting them 3 times via email and a text with Sophia. Ended up having to cancel my card and informing my bank to not let any transactions go thru.

Do not deal with this company!!! They are completely unresponsive. They signed me up for a subscription when I specifically told them I do not do subscriptions. I have tried to email them, call them , etc. and can never get through. I finally had to call my credit card company and had a block put on them so they didn't keep sending me product I don't want and don't want to pay for, BEWARE!!!!

Again they continue to auto ship me product despite multiple requests to cancel my account. They sent me a link to cancel my account but I only get a page to order more product.

I originally ordered 3 months supply and subscribed to 3 monthly orders. After only 1 month Neuro-bella has dispatched 3 more bottles and taken the money from my account. This is completely unacceptable. I have requested the cancellation of my subscription several times but haven't heard from Neurobella except trying to sell more. Very poor service for which is possibly a good product. My next step is legal action to stop money being taken from my account. Very disappointed in customer service.

I have had an adverse reaction to the product and cannot find any away to cancel the subscription. Their blurb promises easy cancellation and a link to cancel that does not appear anywhere.

I have ordered only one order in the mail. I received additional Neurobella at my door. I did not order a second order. I have experienced orders in the past with a different company. Some companies has a policy their is no returns or contact support. Additional, there is medication process with certain companies.

This company is a fraud, there is no Customer Service, there is no number to contact them, they are a fraudulent entity. Bought this product once and they are repeatedly charging my account and sending product. DO NOT BUY OR GIVE THEM YOUR CARD NUMBER. Look on Amazon if you want to purchase.
