I purchased an HP Laserjet Booklet Finisher (Y1G07A) from them on August 26, 2026. It is now October 20 and they still have not shipped the product to me and cannot give me a date or even a shipping price estimate. I have gotten multiple replies saying they are working on finding a carrier to ship this to me. Yes, it is a large and heavy item. I ordered almost identical item (Y1G18A) through an independent seller on Ebay and received the device within 7 days on a pallet. Calling directly is no help either. The call sounds like it goes to an overseas call center. All he could do is look at my email communications with the company. He said he can try contacting "them" personally to see if he can find out more about the situation. He had NO information about why there was a delay or how to move things along. I sent them a message after one month asking about this. Their response was: "The only problem is getting it through the DHL or FedEx. Because the weight is up to 100+ kg. We’re getting an expensive shipping quote from all courier companies and trying to get a cheapest and reasonable quote to ship this to your address. We can share the quoted shipping prices with you today in next email. You can then decide how you want us to proceed. " After 7 weeks of delay I asked again and got this reply: "we’ve asked and raised the final shipping quote enquiry with DHL and DSV. They will reply us by tomorrow. Then we will be able to quote you the shipping. Please wait and we will sort this out. Due to high gas prices, shipping becomes quite costly these days. " That was 8 days ago. Between the delay and the poor use of the English language in their emails, I'm beginning to think I've been ripped off. Their website says there are 17 units in stock. If I don't get a response by next week, I will be asking for my money back. I have been FAR more than patient giving them 8 weeks to figure out how to ship this. If you plan to order anything of size (over 75 pounds), don't expect to get it quickly. If you get it at all. If and when I get my printer extension, I will update this review accordingly.

Absolute fraud of a company. They list items as being stock in the dozens, if not hundreds, then turn around and tell you they don't got any. I accepted their concession for a different 7900XTX model, gave them a deadline of a month and a half to deliver it, and they failed to deliver the item in the agreed time frame. They also claimed it would be delivered "by next week monday" not sure how you fail to estimate your delivery date by over a month. I asked for a refund, they quickly agreed, they said they'd process it on Monday. 2 weeks passed, contacted them again, and total radio silence. They then said to wait a little longer to please be patient. Little did I know, these scumbags were never intending on refunding and were trying to buy time so you can't charge back.

Do not buy from this company if you are an individual. They take incredibly long to ship your product and will give a generic "estimated ship date of a week." The support emails are only responsive for the first 1-2 messages and then they ghost you when you ask for updates or cancellations

I ordered a hard-to-find wifi router mesh system with power over ethernet (PoE) from NetworkDistri. It took three weeks for my order to be delivered because it came from Sweden. Product was unopened and worked great. The wall plug was type C which I did not have to worry about because I used the PoE feature to power the router. I give NetworkDistri only 4 stars because their customer service phone line did not always answer my calls and their email support did not reply to my inquiry. Their online chat service was more reliable.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The ordering process was quick and easy, and any questions I had were answered promptly. I also received fast and professional responses by email. Shipping was very fast, and everything arrived as expected. Great customer service and a smooth buying experience. Highly recommended!

I ordered a computer case that is sold in NA as part of a complete system and can't be purchased separately. The product was dispatched and arrived very quickly. The case was well packaged. No any damages or missing parts. Everything as described. Outstanding communication! All my questions were answered instantly. A great distributor! Highly recommended!

The ordering process was easy, and the product arrived as promised. We would purchase from them again. Pricing was a little high, but everything is these days.

Good communication, good options and worked with us on selecting the right product.
