I have ordered from this company for years with good results. I ordered on Sept 5 of this year and they took my money but no order was shipped. Nor did they return my money. Or do they answer any emails.

I placed an order on March 21, 2026, and have never received the product. I contacted customer service on April 22, 2026, and again on May 28, 2026, regarding this issue. The phone number I was provided, 877-220-3443, is no longer in service. I also attempted to contact the company through the online chat feature on September 24, 2026, but never received a response. At this point, I am no longer interested in receiving the product and am requesting a full refund. The lack of communication and failure to resolve this matter have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, the company's customer service practices have demonstrated a concerning lack of accountability and professionalism.

I placed an order on the 18th of August with 2 to 7 day shipping.....it is now the 19th of September and no updates and the order is still sitting in processing. I have tried to call and their phone services states that that number cannot receive phone calls, I've emailed with no response, and I've tried to reach out in their chat which says that an agent will get back to me with no response.... Lousy customer service. This company had no problem taking my money but did not feel a responsibility to let me know that either that product is on backorder and they would be refunding my money or giving me some kind of notice as to how long it would be before my product would be shipped

It has been over 2 month since I placed my order and there has been no correspondence to let me know where it is. I sent emails twice to their customer support email and never got a response. I tried to call their 877 number and get a recording that it is not set up to receive calls. DONT' USE THIS COMPANY!

This company has a serious issue with fulfilling their orders, they will never return your calls. I had been a costumer for many years up until now. Not sure if ownership changed or if it is a management issue, I will assure you one thing today, they have lost this costumer.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!! Told I would receive a refund in 24 to 48 hours here it is a week later and still no refund!!!! I use to order through them for years and NEVER had any issues...I think the original owners no longer run this company.....either the lazy kids inherited the company and are running it in the ground or an out of US company bought it and just doesn't care!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

I placed an order for 3 items, received 1, contacted them after a month and was promised a refund. They are now at 3 months and do not answer calls or return calls after leaving messages. They sre a scam and should be avoided...
