I would not use this service. Also to cancel a subscription you have to email them rather than having a simple button on your account page to stop subscription. This I find to be dubious business practice which is not acceptable or justified.

Does not work properly. On restart it doesn't always automatically kick in, you have to sign in again. The Mac has not worked properly since installing it: downloads freeze, Internet freezes. I have, as yet, had no response from customer service in regards to these problems. March 5 2024 I upped the rating from 1 star to 2, because they eventually did respond to my emails and they gave me a refund without too much hassle, perhaps in response to this review.
