I paid for the product but it never arrived. The company claims it was delivered to a person but I live alone. I have asked all of my neighbors if they received it for me, but none of them have. I have sent dozens of emails and phone messages and they only responded twice - both times by sending the tracking information. I’ve tried to contact the shipping company but they have no contact information and their site is in Chinese. Since I have been unable to get any resolution, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Disappointed Again—Fake Reviews and Poor Service Persist
I genuinely thought NetherHost had changed for the better. After abandoning their previous Trustpilot profile due to a flood of negative reviews, I gave them another chance. Sadly, it seems nothing has truly improved.
What’s most concerning is the manipulation of reviews. Offering hosting credit in exchange for positive feedback is not just unethical—it’s misleading. When 80% of your user base is on free plans, it’s easy to flood Trustpilot with glowing but dishonest reviews just to boost your rating.
I left a review on their old profile before it was abandoned, hoping things would turn around. But here we are again. Lately, I’ve seen multiple complaints about server outages, broken panels, and general instability. It’s a shame, really. I wanted to believe in their growth, but the same issues keep resurfacing.

No Recomendado

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing our system, we weren’t able to locate your account. Please note that any service issues are quickly addressed—typically within minutes to a few hours. In cases of server errors (such as creation or renewal issues), we always provide clients with generous extensions, usually an additional 1–2 weeks.
As for support, we respond to tickets within 48 hours at the latest, with most replies coming within 1–2 hours. I personally handle and review all tickets, so a 2-week delay simply isn’t accurate. Additionally, we never received a refund request from you—refunds can only be processed if they’re requested.
That said, we do appreciate your feedback, even if some details may not reflect how we operate. We’ll be reaching out to gather more information so we can confirm your correct account details and better assist you.

¡Hola!
Nether host is not the hosting company they say they are.
Nether host is not the hosting company they say they are. While they offer cheap and affordable hosting options they are not guaranteed to have good networking performance, DDOS Protection, And uptime. Most reviews on this company are fake so people get credit to buy a server for leaving a 5 star review.
