I think all the agents are knowledgeable and helpful. Netchex has been a positive change to our company. It is user friendly.

Thank you for the opportunity to share my feedback. For the most part, whenever I am having an issue and reach out by phone (my preferred method for both quick resolution and because of the time difference) I am met with professional, kind, and patient help. The only real frustration we've experienced was a mistake that was made when we were onboarded. Evidently, it was difficult to catch and it cost us hundreds of dollars in variance taxes. We are still dealing with the repercussions over 2 years later. We were never offered restitution.

The timekeeping system is very user friendly and easy for administration to navigate. I love the integration with Dealertrack. Posting to accounting is a breeze. Any issues are quickly addressed by Netchex staff.

Great company. Very helpful, especially when I have issues that need addressed quickly. I have recommended Netchex to everyone that asks me who we use for our payroll. I always tell them Netcheck is a great company with friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Whenever I call with a support issue, the customer service reps are always very courteous and take the time to listen to our issues. They are very well trained and if they don't know the answer, they tell me and then get the support that I need from someone else on the team. I am not sure of the date that I called but I know it was last week.

Unlike no other platform. Netchex is a great product, affordable and reliable. We have used them since 2010. I was talked into changing to another platform back in 2000 that lasted all of eight months. I switched back and will not make that mistake again. Netchex is very user friendly and since adding the onboarding process it covers everything that I/we need. My employees love the time and attendance it is so clean and easy to follow. I can recommend without reservation.

I can always count on Netchex Reps to be informative, patient, professional and kind. Any time I have questions or need help walking through on "how to" do items within the Netchex portal I can always count on them. We will be starting NetExpense soon and we are very excited how much time this will save in getting these together. I would recommend Netchex to everyone that is looking for a payroll company to help them, they handle more than just payroll and help us tremendously.
