They take no responsibility and even thought they don’t charge money themselves, most websites you get transferred to (such as rooming.nl) DO charge you lots of money for being able to respond. Websites like this where only scams happen should be deleted

Very bad customer service ! Emails are fake ! No one ever answers the phone ! On their website the German phone number is wrong ! Some company picks up the phone... Whats going on ?? How can one get in touch with them?
