Bought Neopoints
I did receive the account with neopoints as advertised, but the very next day, before I had even moved the neopoints, the account was frozen. You'll get what you buy, but it's entirely possible that the account you get will already be flagged.

Hello Rachel, I am so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, there was a site-wide ban wave recently and a lot of shells got banned, not only ours. Some customers contacted us about it and we sent them replacement accounts immediatly at not additional cost. I didn't know your order was affected as well, so let me go ahead and contact you to provide you with a replacement!
