Well, I'd like to say I order Feb 6th (2026) it's Feb 17th, And since February 10th the tracking says it's been at the LA airport! 😂🤣 Driving distance. I live at least about 5 hours away from La. There would be no reason why this package would still not be in my house but then when I checked my email they emailed me 2 days ago saying that it was delivered! But then I go back today to check and they are telling me that it's still in Los Angeles! I will be getting my money back! I will have my husband call his bank and have him write it off as fraud! 🤷🏻‍♀️ We don't play about our money.

PAINFUL! Within 30 seconds my lips felt like they were on fire and I needed an ice pack! I’ve used many lip plumpers that are warm and tingly. This product causes physical distress. I will never ever purchase again!

This lip plumper is the worse product i ever got

I have emailed about a week ago (today being Feb 9, 2026) and have sent them a message on Instagram and have not received a response. I placed the order January 17, 2026. On January 29th was the last update on the tracking, stopped in NJ. I’m very disappointed I spent about $80 to never receive my package or a response. This says they are in Kissimmee, FL but the tracking shows it comes from China. Another Lie

Just wanted to write another review to tell everyone how nelux has flagged my 1 star review to try and remove it from their website. I originally said to not buy the lip plumper due to it being EXTREMELY painful. I put the correct amount, did it the right way and it was the worst lip plumper I have ever used. Don’t buy it, especially because they try to get rid of the bad reviews to make them look good. Bad company.

These clowns 🤡 don’t respond to emails. And the number that’s listed at the bottom of the page, is bogus! You proceed to call and someone will pick Up and hang the phone in your face!!!

I bought a lipstick and an eyelash serum for my mom, and she loved them. Very good quality and a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!
