I would give 5 stars if I didn't have the later experience. Nelson Frank helped me find a job and i accepted the offer. After i started to work in new company, the recruiter still called me in a frequent schedule, at least once a week. I finally found it was annoying and stopped answer the call. She retried about 2 months.I don't know why she was so persistant and what she called me for.

It's not often that you're offered the job on the same day (actually well within the hour!) that you were interviewed. Working this fast required focus without cutting corners. They view candidates like cattle, once they are of no use they are discarded. Only interest in making money not finding someone a role which is 100% suitable or helping them make that right decision. If the decision is to not take the roll they drop you like a stone.
