Brilliant customer service, I'm a very happy customer!! Communication was absolutely excellent - from the day I ordered, they sent emails with status updates. They fulfilled the order same day, and posted the following morning. Postage time was exceptionally quick - super helpful, given I ordered medicinal products. Would absolutely buy from this company again!

Ordered via european site on the 8th of July, got an email the order has been fulfilled. No shipping information was shared, shopify link says they're still waiting on information. No reply when I email customer service.

They are ignoring my emails and lying that they have sent me refund which I have never received. My emails are ignored every time. I have been trying to reach them for a couple of months without success. Such scummy company.

I ordered a Sinugator and received the confirmation email as well as an email stating it was “on its way”. Days later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and refunded with zero explanation as to why. I spoke with an online agent and was told the item was out of stock. Funny thing is, it’s still available to purchase on their website. I was told I could order the other model which is $10 more. I have found another product and will avoid purchasing NeilMed products from now on.
