Tried to send an international package
Tried to send an international package. They didn't fill out their part of the customs for correctly and so it was sent back. $100 wasted there.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your recent experience. At Neighborhood Parcel, we strive to provide a seamless shipping process for all our customers. However, it's important to clarify the responsibilities in international shipping. When shipping internationally, the customer is required to fill out the commercial invoice accurately, including details related to duties and taxes. Per carrier tariffs and our terms of service, (you signed your name as agreement to these terms) the receiver is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes in the destination country. Unfortunately, in this case, refusing to pay those taxes led to the package being returned to you at no additional charge. We understand that unexpected situations like this can be frustrating, and we’re happy to assist you in navigating the process for future shipments. If you have any questions or would like additional guidance on how to avoid similar issues in the future, feel free to reach out to us directly. We value your business and hope to serve you again in the future.
