I love my Neeva Baby! It works great. It came in super fast. I contacted the customer service regarding the gel and they sent me a new one for free too! Amazing product and company! Would definitely order again

I bought this as a present for my wife and was immediately turned off when I received the package. First of all it arrived 3 days late. When we contacted customer service we did not get a response at all even after many attempts. Anyway, when I received the package I noticed that the product did not look exactly as shown on their website and when we tried to use it there was lots of static and we couldn’t hear anything. I am not able to contact anyone and I have now lost the money I paid for this device. I wish it worked and wish that we were able to hear our baby’s heartbeat like many other people did with other products but this one is really bad. Please stay away and save your money and buy where they have good customer service and at least a phone number on the website

I got my neeva baby so fast. Like 2 days. I'm 14 weeks now. Still no kicks so it helps me be calm and know everything's okay. Make sure you research how to use it. They have good blogs
