Stay away from the store. It’s horrible. I ordered a life-size gremlin replica back in November 2024. It states on the website that it’s on backorder so I decided to call customer service. I spoke to this man named Tim who was very rude and couldn’t give me any answers. So please stay away from the store horrible

Terrible customer service. Like many, I ordered a figure in December, it still has not arrived. To illustrate how little they care as well, I received a response to my email asking about the status of my order which started with Hi Benjamin, which is not my name. Just copy pasted in. Still have no idea if I will ever receive my order, but any longer and I will take next steps to get either my money back or finally get my order. Absolute scam, spend a lot of money and could have ordered it from third parties and get it faster than using THEIR OWN website. Insane.

I live in the UK & ordered the bride of chucky Tiffany 1:1 doll as was sold of everywhere here in the UK & still is. The doll arrived approximately 3 weeks later & one of the hands was damaged, I reached out to NECA who then sent me out a replacement 2 weeks later. The replacement arrived today. We don’t get customer service like that in the UK I would have just been asked to return and refunded. When I had a similar issue with ripped foam on my Chucky doll from a popular UK store M.A.H I was just told all the dolls were the same & they’d refund me & I could then buy another ripped doll if I wanted 🙄 so I will be buying a chucky doll from direct from NECA now.

I ordered a Bride of Frankenstein’s monster figurine for my elderly and disabled uncle because he specifically asked for it for his Christmas gift. I made the purchase on December 15th, 2024. Today is March 30th, 2025 and I still have not received my order#357111-NS. I have personally reached out to them several times on multiple occasions. Each time they have assured me that my order is being processed and apologized for the delay but gave the excuse that they were behind schedule due to the holidays. After waiting for 3 months and given the run around several times I requested a refund if they were unable to fill my order because my uncle said that their website at that time was showing that the figure was now out of stock. They replied to my email and said that if my order was already being processed by their warehouse that they could not issue a refund and then followed up with another email saying “great news! Your order is being processed and we will send you the tracking information shortly.” And again thanked me for my patience. They never sent me the tracking information so I emailed them back and forth 4 or 5 more times requesting the tracking information and they would say they were following up with the warehouse team to get that information for me but still never provided it and it has been 4 and a half months since I made this purchase. Their last email to me said “ Hi Casey, Thank you for your patience. We’re doing our best to speed things up on our end. However, if this item is unfortunately out of stock, we will process a refund right away. We truly appreciate your understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.” First of all I made my purchase long before the item was listed as out of stock on their website so no matter how terrible their logistics and warehouse team is at fulfilling orders they should have had one reserved in my name period. Secondly if it was too late for me to be issued a refund a month and a half ago because my order was already being processed by the warehouse then how would it be out of stock and they have to issue me a refund now? Unless they have been flat out lying to me throughout this entire ordeal that makes no sense. This has been BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have ever had in my life. Now I’m seeing all these horrible reviews about Neca and I have also saw several videos on social media of people waiting for months to receive their orders if they receive them at all. I honestly do not understand how this company can possibly still be in business with such terrible management and customer service. Never again will I ever order anything from this company even if they somehow finally make good and send me my purchased item. And I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE trying to purchase anything from this company either. I am sincerely blown away by this company Neca’s poor practices and customer service.

Where do I even begin to describe how far NECA has fallen... my wife and I have collected action figures and other such merchandise from them for years now and while they used to have what I consider efficient customer service and reliable shipping, they're beyond incompetent and their once decent customer service is abysmal, at best. The sheer arrogance and rude behavior is enough to turn any loyal customer away. The most recent muck up was with our order of two SDCC 'first turtles' box sets which we are STILL waiting for. As of yesterday, after several repeated attempts to elicit a response as to the status & location of our items/order, they are now claiming to have shipped one and the other was apparently delivered in 2024. This is entirely false and nothing has been received! A friend of ours experienced something very similar with his SDCC order. It's apparently a widespread problem, with NECA not fulfilling orders and ignoring numerous complaints. He was subsequently provided with a 20% off coupon for the delay. While we inquired about this, NECA is unwilling to do the same for us, even though we're still awaiting our order, several months delayed. Do we not have a reason to complain? Keep in mind, NECA recently fumbled the ball in an absolutely unimaginable way, sending TMNT dioramas to customers that had never even ordered them and in some instances, two dioramas to customers that had only ordered one. Leaving many who had legitimately ordered them to receive nothing at all! And then, instead of being apologetic for their blunder, NECA made numerous threats to the collecting community in an attempt to gaslight them into blaming each other for NECA's mistake. You can't ship free items to people without their consent and then demand they do as you say. I guess they're too busy trying to recoup those losses than deal with already delayed orders... funny though, they can't ship our order but some people are already receiving their glow-in-the-dark Fugitoid figures that were just released. Do we need to be 'Gold' members to receive decent service? Don't even get me started on their 'Exclusive' club. I feel a "but wait, there's more!" is necessary here. If I can offer advice to any collector, do not purchase NECA products and if you do, NEVER order from them directly. Until some serious changes are made internally, NECA will continue to fail the collecting community as they have been doing for some time. Check Reddit, Facebook, Twitter... this isn't an isolated issue.

All a big scam. I placed an order in December, gar emailed that it had shipped, then it showed delivered but not to me, tracking showed my items were delivered to 3 different states. I emailed NECA and sent them the email I received and was told that it wasn’t their site. I placed another order and never received anything so I emailed NECA to cancel and was told I would receive a full refund but I have not gotten anything. I will never order from them again and I will do my best to let everyone know they are scammers.

1. The website is horrible. You cannot sign in or create an account. The customer service is so awful they won't send you a link to reset your damn password. 2. This company charged me for a product but didn't let the order get placed through. (And seeing the he'll these other people went through, I don't think I'll get a damn refund)

pre ordered alien romulus bundle in august 2024, due for release qtr 4 2024, it is now end of qtr 1 2025 and still no figure, tried to cancel as pre-ordered via paypal but due to paypals 180 day policy no refund possible, numerous emails to Neca about shipping, just get told they will look into it, and then silence, tried to cancel 2 days ago was told items in picking and ready for shipping so unable to cancel, never ever will i buy from this company again, ironic that uk seller has these in stock of which i ordered on sunday and both items delivered today, thank you star action figures.
