I ordered a sci fi blind box on Dec 22nd, they took my $142.00 immediately. Now over a month later all it says is order confirmed. Called customer service, goes straight to voicemail, no callback and send several emails. Again no reply. Do not order from them!

Neca in general sucks , they are terrible when it comes to release dates , they will hype a figure all year and say out for Halloween if it's a horror figure or by Christmas and they don't deliver ..They seem to have no problems with releasing the damn turtles but other figures it's when or if they come out . The only place I can get neca here in Florida is target and Walmart , two of the most incompetent stores because neca never goes to restock or update . I usually have to wait months for them to hit Amazon . Neca being greedy like Disney wants you to order from their store where it takes two weeks to deliver plus shipping charges , so , I figure that would cost me about 35 on axin cost me about 55 through Neca

My rating is purely about the NECA Store experience. The products are great but the customer service, communication and PR is honestly one of the very worst. I'd heard horror stories about NECA, but never thought it would happen to me. After pre-ordering in June 2024, they sent me my tracking details in August 2024. 4 months later, It's still not here (UK). Customer services will not reply. And it's too late for me to get my money back through my bank. It's too low value to pursue small claims court. So I guess I just wait. Maybe it'll never arrive? Maybe I'll get two and be unlawfully threatened into sending the second one back? Who knows!!

Horrible non existent customer service. Contacted them 5 times and I’ve been ignored 5 times. I contacted the better business bureau yesterday. Hopefully they can help me get some results. I want NECA to either ship my items or give me a refund. Sick and tired of waiting. I’m probably going to have to goto my bank and get a charge back soon. NECA is quick to charge you but then they leave you in limbo waiting and waiting forever. Garbage customer service. Don’t buy from this scam company.

Over 2 months and item did'nt shipped yet! They dont answer to my dozens of emails! Worst website ever!

after placing order and waiting over 3mth's with several emails and phone calls saying sending soon yesterday gets email saying your order has been cancelled as requested.avoid this company

NEVER GOT ONE OF THE PRODUCTS. STOPPED RESPONDING TO EMAILS AND REQUESTS FOR UPDATES. HORRIBLE COMPANY. ITS BEEN MONTHS. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

The quality of these collectible toys is absolutely awful. Paint chipping and peeling out of the box, broken pieces in the new unopened box. Stiff joints that break the figures by moving, loose joints that require modifying the figure to work properly. Everything they sell is available on Chinese marketplaces for cheaper. They frequently do preorders over 90 days ahead of time to circumvent any payment protection.
