The traditional mortgage process is broken. Buyers want a transparent, organized, and digital-first home loan experience. Instead, most lenders don’t offer visibility into basic questions like “What do I need to qualify?” or “Will I keep the same home loan rate by the end of this process?” At Neat, we aim to solve this mortgage mess, so we built a home financing company for the client first. Our platform allows home financing to happen in real-time, in a one-session process for greater speed and certainty.

Paul Gresh is Awesome! I came to Neat Loans after being turned down by two other lenders, and was connected with Paul. I had both a new property loan requirement, and a cash out re-fi loan requirement and both had to be executed within 60 days time. I am a business owner which made this process even more difficult and complex. Paul worked with me around on both loans concurrently and coached me through an approval process that was quite complicated given my self employment status. If know for certain that without Paul I could not have funded both of these loans, for a new rental and a cash out re-fi on my existing rental. My advice to anyone in the market is this: If you have a loan requirement Go To Paul.. he is the BEST !!

Eric was super helpful even though my situation didn't allow for a refinance. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Paul Gresh was outstanding. He was patient, kind, quick and always there to help. At 11:00pm on a Wednesday night, Paul was there to answer my questions, even on Sunday at 5:00pm Paul was there to answer my questions. I put Paul through the wringer and he still was on top of everything and kept me updated during the entire process. Now, I did not end up going with Neat Loans due to timing constraints, however I would highly recommend them especially Paul Gresh. Paul thank you once again for everything.

Neat loans truly was "neat" in all aspects. The interface was neat (and easy), the process was neat (and fast). But the "neatest" part of all was Paul Gresh. He is a champ. He held our hand all the way through the loan application and approval process; even when I was cranky! Neat is a great way to fund a loan. Paul is the one to help you!

This has been, by far, the best home loan experience I have ever had! Mark and Jessie were on the ball and got me everything I needed in a very timely manner. They were also very easy to work with and did provide great customer service. I will certainly refer Neat Loans to anyone that will listen!

Magdalena was absolutely SPECTACULAR. No matter the time of day she was always there to answer any question or even just to check on me. From my application submission to the day I signed my paperwork she was right there with a call and text!
