NavexAbout Navex
Navex is a pharmacy delivery management platform built to make prescription deliveries simpler, more organized, and easier to manage. We help pharmacies streamline the entire delivery process—from planning and optimizing routes to dispatching drivers, tracking deliveries in real time, maintaining proof of delivery, and keeping patients informed along the way.Navex can integrate with pharmacy management systems such as LibertyRx, helping reduce repetitive manual work and allowing delivery information and status updates to flow more efficiently between systems. For pharmacies, our goal is simple: save staff time, improve visibility over every delivery, reduce operational headaches, and provide patients with a better delivery experience. Patients can receive delivery notifications and, when applicable, track their delivery as it approaches. We understand that every pharmacy operates differently. That’s why Navex is designed to be flexible and practical—whether a pharmacy manages its own drivers or needs additional delivery support. At Navex, we believe technology should make pharmacy operations easier, not more complicated.
