Words cannot express how grateful I am to have NavaQuote in my corner. I was unfortunately unaware that identity theft was an area of concern for health insurance. Our family became victims and our coverage obtained through the Marketplace was repeatedly compromised. The Marketplace and the insurance company pointed fingers at each other and at times me. Enter Callie, who can bypass the common customer service agents available to the average consumer. Callie is phenomenal and has literally gone above and beyond to ensure that our health insurance was restored. Callie’s strongly worded intervention resulted in both parties immediately rectifying the situation and treating our family fairly and with dignity. Callie has a remarkable gift of being personable, empathic, and professional. I highly recommend NavaQuote if you are in need of an insurance broker!
