its very hard and complicate to book a 2 on more legs trips, you have many glitches on the web. your agents are sometimes not profhsenals.

I use Navan probably 30 hours a week. The concept of having travel & expense in 1 platform with a user friendly interface is what sold us. Most people have no idea how much detail goes into a platform like this. Dynamic pricing, real time results, contracts with vendors etc. However, I would rather have a solid, basic, platform than one that crashes and glitches multiple times a day. We don't need all the high tech bells and whistles they keep promoting, we need something that actually works consistently. If they don't get their priorities straight, they will lose their customer base and never get them back.

The app does not send e tickets automatically, its a tiny tick box option at the end. Be aware of this, as there is no way to ask for an e ticket after order confirmation which its frustrating. This needs to be changed.

Navan has got a lot to offer for individuals and for business users however the platform is so powerful it is difficult to get an understanding of how it can benefit individual needs and business users. Especially where policies are set up.

As a costumer for Mexico, I really desliked the fact that you do not offer "facturas". As a mexican bussiness it is very important for us to have access to them and if not then you should let us know beforehand because many hotels wont issue them to us when using a 3rd party platform like NAVAN when booking.

The company I work for uses this system and I wish they didn't. Although on the surface it seems like a good deal (price-matching, for example), the actual experience is mediocre: - App is buggy and lacks critical information - While the initial price of a ticket is matched, the price of upgrades or changes are significantly higher than through the airline - Human support is decent, but gatekept by a poor AI chatbot - A lack of transparency about fees and conditions leaves me feeling constantly duped The sort of mediocre experience that thrives because it's a little easier for the company who requires it, but much worse for the people who actually use it.
