Booking my own travel is quite easy. I also like that I can book personal travel. Booking for others outside the organization is somewhat obscure and it's hard to go back and find the traveler information and trips after they have occurred.

Navan has been wonderful to work with. Though we have a smaller team of around 50 we have a dedicated account manager who supports us with queries. There are minor hiccups on the platform but our account manager is always ready to listen and assist with issues. Their customer support for travelers could be improved a little by ensuring they are briefed on local ticketing guidelines but they respond quickly when you reach out to them.

We’ve been using Navan for our business bookings, and it’s been a fantastic experience overall. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage all of our travel arrangements in one place. The integration of flights, hotels, and rental cars is seamless, saving us both time and effort when coordinating trips for our team. However, as a third-party booking site, we've found that most of the time, rewards points for flights and hotels aren't registered or added to our accounts. It would be incredibly helpful if Navan could allow us to collect these rewards for all our bookings. Additionally, it would be great if Navan rewards could be applied not only to hotel stays but also towards flights or rental cars, giving us more flexibility in how we use them. Overall, Navan has been a reliable tool for our business travel, and we look forward to seeing these improvements in the future!

What I like most is the speed of reimbursement. The ability to implement a travel/expense policy is great. The process of booking a flight or hotel is intuitive and easy. What we miss is the support for the Euro as we are in the EU but our official currency is different. Secondly, hotels sometimes refuse to issue a valid tax invoice, which we try to get around by paying at the hotel.

First of all the UI is amazing making it very easy to understand. The performance of the application is good, I booked my travel tickets from navan and did not face any lagging issue. It also helped me decide which category of flight to pick by showing me the comparison between different categories.
