Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the confusion with the app and your expense experience. To clarify, Navan does send both in-app and email notifications when an expense is rejected, but we understand the importance of making this clearer and easier to navigate. Once expenses are submitted for reimbursement, it’s then up to your company’s internal team to review and process the payment. I hope this is helpful, and I recommend reaching out to your Navan admin within your organisation for more clarity on your company’s expense process.

We recommend following the delegate booking flow, as it ensures the right form of payment and traveler details are visible.
