NAVA has a conducive, holistic, 1-stop-shop, Healing environment for mind, emotion, and especially body. From the time one opens the door to be greeted by Brooke & Mary (Stephanie, Jake, et al) with caring helpful, health professional attitudes; to all the excellent carding nurses (Dallas, Rebecca, et al), technicians: Angela, Debbie, therapists: Katie, Kenny, et al), PAs, Doctors, and owners who have just dropped in to ask how I’m doing. I applaud you🤗 You will not find a more caring NON-time conscious medical environment, where health professionals take the time to hear and respond to your needs. I started 10/2021 in lots pain. I was told I could no longer take NSAIDs, because of the adverse effects on my organs. The first day I went to NAVA I walked out almost pain-free! Even fellow patients added to my healing experience with their stories! If you want to heal from the root of your body’s malfunction, NAVA is a great place to start. Caveat: I couldn’t name all those health professionals who take care of me, but you know YOU have helped change my life & I love you all! Me experience with Kendra was wonderful as always! I have become aware of issues revolving around the front desk, however. The last 3 times I was there, there has always been some kind of issue. I have been going to Nava for well over a year now, and the decline in customer service is notable. Yesterday, there were 5 people sitting behind the front desk, that were so loud, it sounded like a party. I recorded it. After having to listen to that for 1/2 hour to discover the person did not check me in correctly. It is aggravating enough to make me consider other options. I used to be a very happy customer, but what’s going on now is changing my mind.

I really appreciate the friendly kind and helpful manner Erica assisted me today. She was the same way two weeks ago when she helped me. Always with a smile and encouraging words. When dealing with a warm hearted person it makes my NAVA experience nice.

Always have a great experience at NAVA. Great massage therapists. Debbie does great aesthetics. Front desk are always professional and very friendly!
