The product is satisfactory
The product is satisfactory; however, the delivery is extremelly long. The web says 3 - 5 business days. I've ordered twice now, and both times it took a month to receive product, plus there are no tracking features on the website which leaves one totally in the dark.

Hi Gwendolyn, Thank you for your feedback. I wanted to follow up regarding your order. It was processed and shipped the same day it was placed. Once it leaves our hands, the timeline is in the hands of the postal service, which we unfortunately can't control. According to USPS tracking, your package was delivered on July 9th at 2:22 PM and marked as placed in/at your mailbox in Wimauma, FL 33598. We always strive to fulfill orders promptly, and this one was no exception—it was on its way by July 3rd and arrived by July 9. That is 6 days. Please keep in mind there was a holiday weekend during transit, which may have caused delays. Here is the order and tracking history: You can see it was fulfilled less than 24 hours after you placed your order and arrived July 9, which is typical given the July 4 holiday and closing.
