Have been using these guys for a few years now. Excellent service. Items always shipped within a day of the order being placed. Our dogs LOVE the butcher beef lung tips. We give them as a treat or put some with their kibble. All natural product. Highly recommend!!

I have used Natural Pet Warehouse several times for my Gut Soothe that I give my dogs. It is a wonderful product & the service is excellent. I usually receive my shipment in 3 days!! The price is also much less than at my local holistic pet store! I would highly recommend this company.

Natural Pet Warehouse has been a very professionally packaging the items we buy, beyond the industry standard! On top of that, their customer service is awesome! I called on a Friday afternoon before Labor Day thinking I’ll get an answer by Tuesday, but they called me that same afternoon around 6pm (PST), I was gladly surprised! They were kind, attentive and helpful, And they even put a human treat in the package! (very well explained with a card) in a world of companies using AI and caring more about profit than people, NPH is making an outstanding difference! I’d give them more than 5 stars if possible!

Service was excellent, as was product (rabbit treats for my dog on special diet). My first time ordering from this company and I will definitely be back for more. These treats are my dog’s favorites and are not easy to find. A pleasure doing business.

I can’t say enough good things about NaturalPetWarehouse. My two dogs come running when they hear me opening the bag of Belly Bone Yogurt Dental Care. They love it. They are picky so I’m very happy for this reaction. I ran out so ordered refills online and I must say the service was impressive, received very quickly.
