Dear Donald I saw from your review on Trust Pilot you were not happy with our product or services. We do not like any customer to leave unhappy. I would like to do something to make you feel better about your experience with our company. The review you left was supposed to be about our service levels and not the particular product. While I can’t make you like our product I can help you to like our service. Please let me know what we can do to get you to change the review to a 5 start review as that is the service level we want for every customer. Can we talk about a refund as all our products are guaranteed, can we send you free product of another kind? A gift card ? Please contact me to discuss.

I had problems with the website and then the bill came and it didn’t give me credit for my coupon. I was contacted by Doug Mackey (leading edge health. President) Asking me to contact him, and he would personally honor my coupon as well as answer any questions I may have. So, I’m changing my rating to 4 stars! Because the products are really good! And I’m getting the service that comes from an outstanding company!
