Excellent service. I have spoken to the manager who could describe the color of the rugs as it is hard to judge on screen. Customer service is quick to pick up and very friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of the rug I bought is wonderful. 100% wool. No shedding at all. No smells at all. Quick delivery. Could not ask for more. I highly recommend Natural Area Rugs.

Always high quality and quick delivery. Thank you.
