The woman who answered the phone the three times I called to get help navigating the site, understanding differences in product and other questions was wonderful. She recommended that I send for the free samples, which I did. She answered my questions thoroughly, and made certain that I knew how to access the $25 coupon when I placed the order on line. The product (nonslip stair treads) looked exactly as expected. Hopefully it will match the customer service for quality!

As always, i love the rugs and how quickly they are delivered. My big complaint is that i never received a notice of when to expect delivery and actually had to call to find out that information. They informed me that my order would be delivered in two parts. Okay, no problem, but still no confirm and my rug was left on my Brooklyn stoop for many hours before it was brought to my attention by a visiting guest. Is there anyway that communication can be coordinated or am I being naive? Loving the rugs, Joe

Love the runners. Exact colors as samples. Only problem that hasn’t worked itself out is the rolls. Unwrapped and laid out in pads (purchased elsewhere) immediately upon arrival. Used cardboard roll to rollout on pad. Nearly two weeks later , still have noticeable rolls. I have yet to contact vendor for resolution suggestions. Otherwise great.

Nice quality stair treads in colors as shown on website. Made narrow treads safer for all including pets. There is a bit of a lingering ropey odor in a closed hallway, but it is not unpleasant and will dissipate with time. Exellent value with coupon. Bought two rolls of self stick tape which was just half a tread short for the 13 tread package. Tape works wellwith just hand and foot pressure.
