We have ordered from this company before, and our sisal rugs still look good after 10 years. This time we ordered a custom sized seagrass rug, and it came well packaged and delivery was very timely. This size is exactly how we specified, and we are again very pleased with the quality. The color is a little darker than other seagrass rugs I’ve seen, but this worked out well for us. Of course there was a grassy odor, but it has almost disappeared.

Very posh and stylish rugs. Perfect in our living room! Customer service was very helpful and shipping was fast even during this pandemic season. I support companies like this. will surely buy again.

Pleasing natural color rug, although a bit thicker than I thought. It is a runner, and although I love the beauty of handmade, this is a bit crooked, noticeably so. I’m not sure I would buy jute again, although I had bought another 1-2 years ago, (an 8/10) which I liked. The weave tends to loosen up though, so great care has to be taken when vacuuming, using the lowest possible setting. I also have had both rugs in the kitchen area, which is a high traffic room, so to be fair, using the rugs in a less traveled area would be a much smarter thing to do!

Needed a custom cut rug to fit around our old fireplace and Natural Area Rugs delivered just that. The painted floors of our 1920's home started getting too scuffed and scratched up from foot traffic and we couldn't find a reasonable CUSTOM cut rug anywhere else. The dimensions of the rug are exactly as I provided to them and it fits perfectly around our fireplace. We plan on getting several more for our other rooms. Easy to clean as well.

Great quality entry way rug and stair runners. Nice blue-gray color. The runners were installed easily with carpet tape.

All of my ordered products were delivered quickly and well packaged. Both of the rugs were just as pictured and are very soft to walk on with bare feet! I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Natural Area Rugs.
