My rug came yesterday. It was packaged properly for shipping. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. It has been a long time since we have been completely satisfied from start to finish with a service and a product. Excellent company and product which I would recommend to all. Thank you.

Beautiful rug! I purchased the red one and the color is true to the photos in the listing. It's very sturdy (stays in place without a pad too!) and definitely high quality which is perfect in my mud room. I couldn't be any happier with my entire buying experience with Natural Area Rugs and will definitely use them again in the future.

it took longer than we had hoped, but with covid and Texas we understood. Easy to install and looks and feels great!

WE bought stair treads and they look great and were easy to use. You do have to buy the carpet tape separately. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that they took several weeks to arrive. They are helping our elderly dog get down the stairs without falling! and they will probably also help the dogs elderly owners too, lol. They look great!

Easy to order, good communication about the status of order and shipping, and the rug arrived as expected. It made getting a custom rug for my space easy, and I'm happy with the quality.
