Natural Area RugsReviews of naturalarearugs.com

Excellent quality rug! After ordering and reviewing sample options, happy with colors, mix and match trim colors, and ability to customize size.

Customer service was great. The manager helped tremendously and even expediated my order as I needed it quickly for a photo shoot.

We have purchased numerous rugs and are always happy with the quality as well as the shipping speed.

The rugs were perfect and delivered quickly... couldn’t be more pleased

I bought stair treads to act as small profile doormats in front of sliders that line our dining room. They look nice and do the job

I love my treads! They were easy to put on with double sided carpet tape. The quality is excellent, and the customer service was so helpful.

The quality of these rugs is exceptional. I’ve bought jute rugs in the past and the weave was loose and shedding, but these rugs are woven tight.

The stair treads are attractive and work well. When I placed the order, I didn't notice the lead time required for the item I ordered. My 15 year old dog was getting distressed trying to go up an down slick steps. When I called and explained the issue, they expedited my order. I would definitely buy from Natural Area Rugs again.
