Thank you for your review. We at Natural Apiary always strive to help our customers in every way we can. We really appreciate your comment, but we do not appreciate being called liars. This is a serious and slanderous statement. As with all businesses, all communications and transactions are recorded. This is the recorded timeline of events: We received your email on 14 September stating that the gloves your ordered were not like/same as the ones you bought 4 years ago and that you would like to return them. We responded the same day and sent a pre-paid return shipping label. 17 September you emailed us stating you posted the gloves the day before, and you included a scan of your receipt. On 21 September asked us to confirm receipt of your email. We responded on 22 September, and we explained that it can take a couple of days for items to be checked in at the warehouse. On 22 September, you emailed us stating the gloves were received by our warehouse team, as recorded by tracking. Although the gloves had not yet been checked in at our warehouse, we issued a full refund from our store platform via PayPal. We informed you that the refund was done and that it can take 5 – 10 business days to process. On 24 November you emailed us to let us know that the refund had not come through. We are not certain as to why or how the refund did not credit your account. Yet, as soon as you alerted us to the problem, we issued you another full refund and on 26 November the full refund was manually issued. We have checked all our records on PayPal, and there is no chargeback. If this has happened, then you received the refund twice. We did and still do apologize for the issue with your refund via PayPal. If you would like to receive the full email thread and a copy of the PayPal refund please let us know, as we will be happy to forward it to you.

The Postal Service has so far experienced minor operational impacts in the United States as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. They do continue to have a temporary suspension of the guarantee on Priority Mail which has been effective since Monday, Feb. 10, 2020. In addition, customers may see delays in mail and packages. The Postal Service is undertaking all reasonable measures to minimize the impact to customers. https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order, and that you have received two requests to review our products. To ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, all our orders are dispatched via Amazon. Regrettably, due to the COVID19 pandemic, Amazon's fulfillment times have been longer than usual. We have contacted Amazon's customer service team regarding your shipment, and we are waiting for their response. Please be assured we will contact you as soon as we have further information regarding your order. In regards to our requests for your review, we apologize that you received these before you received your order. The reason for two emails; we send an email asking for your experience, and we then send a follow-up email as a reminder. This is just to make certain you didn’t miss the opportunity to give other customers a chance to make a decision based on your experiences. We’re certain that you understand the best way to help customers is by customers giving them the opportunity to share their experience. Once again please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any further questions or issues please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected], and we will do our best to help. Kind regards, Leslie
