I recieved a full and free replacement of my charging cable thanks to the lifetime limited warranty, 3 years after the date of purchase. The customer service was very kind and open to any question, and ofc their products are very high quality! I fully recommend!

Absolutely love these cords because of their durability. I have them all over my house. In the off chance they stop working, their customer service is extremely easy to contact and responds in a timely manner. I provided the information they asked and was sent a replacement immediately. Won’t be buying any other charging cords. They truly stand by their warranty!

Received great service in the replacement of a charging cable that began to stop working 18 months after it was purchased from Native Union directly. Their response was timely, professional and there was no disputing the validity of my claim. Really impressed by their overall service - would certainly recommend buying direct from them. The product itself I have been very happy with. The heavy duty cable are so much better than standard cables you are supplied as standard for iPhones and similar devices.
