I like the company but there is no follow up

Meds work great for me. Love how fast the products ship and arrive. However, I feel that there could be better communication dealing with the company itself. Things I would like to see them incorporate: member dashboard, more email reminders such as when the current prescription is going to process. Emails letting members know when a maintenance call needs to be scheduled to speak with a provider.

UPDATE: The supervisor took the time to reach out and listen to my concerns. Alex was great, and I will consider using them in the future. My experience with Nativemed was fine until I asked to cancel my month to month subscription due to some health problems. The email I received was defensive and unprofessional. I was well aware of the two month minimum. However, in their response, I was told they charged my bank to cover the cost and they would be more than happy to provide our recorded conversation to my bank. I didn't say anything about disputing charges or contacting my bank, but their response tells me they've been deceptive in the past and felt the need to go on the defense. Be careful dealing with these companies.

I love this company because they are very friendly and answers every question and any concerns ..

It’s a great & easy way to lose weight , The only thing I found negative is that sometimes it felt there was barely enough liquid to fill the syringe with the proper dosage.
