Hi Mara, we sincerely apologize for the confusion, conflicting information, and frustration you experienced throughout this process. We understand how disappointing it is to receive different instructions regarding your cancellation, refund, and return shipping. To help resolve this, we have sent you a prepaid return label, so you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the package is returned, we will process a full refund for the order. We truly appreciate your patience and apologize again for the inconvenience.

Thank you for the 5 stars, Suzi! We're so glad our support team could sort out the Vitality Club refund quickly, even outside the 7-day window, that's exactly the kind of service we want NationHealth MD customers to experience. Thanks for the recommendation!
