Ordered brochures and product stickers for my company. Brochures have spelling mistakes, grammar issues, and missing content. Stickers are not what I requested. Representative agreed the mistakes are due to their fault. Representative no longer corresponds to me.

Terrible experience don’t use them to create a website. They won’t do you right. They will take your money and ask for more. There 100% money back guarantee is false There 100% satisfaction guarantee is false. I’m just a small business owner running a trucking company and after spending $1300 on my website. It turned out terrible and they wanted more money for small changes. They will nickel and dime you to the end. I was talking to one of their management staff, Jim Walker, and I told him “Hey I don’t think this is gonna work out I’ll just take my money back guarantee” and he basically said it’s not actually a money back guarantee. Just don’t use them

National Logo Design was great to work with in designing my business logo. They listened to what I wanted, and also put their own creative spin on things. We went back and forth a few times, until it was perfect. I appreciate all their hard work on my logo, and would definitely recommend them to everyone!!! 😊

I had a great experience with this company. My representative, Ashley, listened to my needs and stayed with me until I got the logo I wanted. The artist, also named Ashley, did a fantastic job and deserves 5 stars.
