National Credit PartnersReviews of nationalcreditpartners.org

A few months ago I was in a little bit of a cash crunch. Because of some MC A's and I was introduced to national credit Partners, and my experience with them has been nothing but incredible. They have guided me through the process of restructuring with lenders and has worked with me So that I can still run my business. They also work very well with lenders to let them know that they will be paid in full.. The process that I have followed with them has made all the difference in keeping my business going. Nico and Grant and their entire team are honest and a company of great integrity that I am grateful to be working with. Anyone with MCA problems should contact them Immediately, and they will make sure that you are guided through the process So that you can maintain your company and negotiate with your lenders.

Nothing short of AMAZING! No question in my mind National Credit Partners (NCP) and their wonderful staff went beyond the call of duty to insure we got through the process of paying our five major creditors off in full. They certainly were instrumental in helping save our company! They professionally negotiated a payment with each of our creditors and kept all of them within an amount we could afford and stopped the interest. This freed up a huge amount of cash flow giving us room to work. During this time, they communicated every week with us to let us know the status of each negotiation. This was a bit of a stressful time as the creditors were under no obligation to work with us. However, the NCP representative assured me that the attorneys would continue to get each one on board. For a couple years we paid that amount and when we had glitch in the middle of the process, NCP went back to work for us and renegotiated and dropped our payments again. We are now completely paid off and each creditor received the full amount originally due in a reasonable time frame. National Credit Partners did an amazing job for us! I recommend them for any company with financial issues with creditors.

I had a great experience with National Credit Partners, specifically with my consultant, Mark Morgan. Mark was very knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to thoroughly explain the program and answer all of my questions. It's rare these days to find someone who actually listens and cares about what you're going through, and Mark demonstrated that. He was genuinely helpful, and I highly recommend their services, especially if you get to work with Mark!

Very helpfull got us out of a bind would recommend

THEY SCAMMED ME and STOLE 48,000 of my money. WITH THEIR ACTIONS THEY PUT ME PROBABLY OUT OF BUSINESS! go to a Facebook and search page national credit partners scam. Leave your info in the DM so we can file joint lawsuit if you got scammed by this company as well. This is my experience: If you ever want to find yourself in a situation where your business is closed because of the amateurs, please go ahead and work with these people. I have submitted all of my MCA agreements to them and gave them numbers and contracts. They knew exactly what the balance was for every of these lenders. The first rep gave me one set of the debt number, and then since he was giving me unsecure answers I asked to speak to a manager. The first offer I got over the email was totally different than what I got from their manager. We are not talking about discounts; we are talking about hidden fees and totally wrong calculations of those contracts. So, two people, same company totally different phishing stories. They will not advise you to do anything. I have been advised from another (no NCP person) person /(saying that they can freeze my account) to close the bank account that I currently have (and that the lenders have, on which NCP manager said: “no it is ok, you will not have any problems since we are representing you”. They will not tell you that they will work based on the amount they agree with the lender. After 2 weeks I found out that if a lender slaps me with default fees, that NCP fees will come on top of that amount. They hid this when I was enrolling with them. 1st rep was telling me they will start paying lenders from the day one I deposit the money to NCP which did not make sense since they will start negotiating. Their manager answered that question that they will start paying them once they settle something which could take 6 months even. Funny. I have requested a price range per week where I was trying to be (the money I would be paying NCP which they would use to pay the lenders) but I had put an accent that if we need to raise that amount to satisfy lender’s needs, that we will do that. For one of the specific lenders, who was threatening me, I said if they succeed lowering the payments from 20k to 10k a week to accept it. I even asked if they would lower him more to a between 7-10k a week, that would be even better but that I do not expect that to accept. They low ball the lender WITH 7k A MONTH. The lender came back with 30k a month and they did not respond to that positively. The lender called me, yelling and screaming and threatening and I told them about that, and they did not react. That same lender filed a prejudgment and froze my bank account. This lender if you just google his name online, you can find out that they did this too many times. NCP told me that they knew this lender and that they dealt with him before. If they really did, they would not put me in the situation where overnight I ended up with all my money frozen from the account and 0 money to operate and work. THEY NEVER EVEN READ THE CONTRACTS I GAVE THEM. I got my account frozen bc of the prejudgment that was there in the contract and they never read it. Everything was done on a recorded line with this company and over the email. This is not my full experience. Read at the facebook page.

Sam National Credit Partners have been amazing with whom to work! We found ourselves in a little deep with creditors and needed help. They did what they said they would do and kept in touch with me. When we had problems, they backed us up. The two reps I worked with could not have been more helpful. The attorneys were direct and consistent and did not give up working out a good deal. They communicated and followed up as I needed and, on my schedule, not theirs. I recommend their services to anyone who needs some help with creditors. I feel they saved our business! Sam - TTS

Can't take no for an answer or take a hint. Multiple reps will repeatedly harass companies for their business when they were already told we are not interested.

National Credit Partners helped our business survive the pandemic and spread out our credit payments to a more manageable schedule and we were able to come out on the other side in a much better place. The team was friendly, responsive and professional and we would recommend them for anyone needing a credit partner to help better manage their business debt.
