My doctor recommended this service. When I called the customer service rep, Jaimie, was very friendly and helpful. She gave me thorough instructions and followed up with emails. From the emails I knew promptly when the test kit would arrive and that it had been received. The delivery process took only 5 days round trip.

Jaimie was extremely efficient & a pleasure to work with! Professional & kind , a great attribute! I was informed & notified with info I needed! One of the easiest tests I’ve encountered!
