This is one of my favorite parts of summer. Absolutely love the incense. Last year we purchased the spray and it didn’t work. My daughter was spraying it directly on mosquitoes that were trying to attack her and they were undeterred 😆 But we LOVE the incense.

This is the second year that I have been using the Nantucket Spider bug sticks and I LOVE THEM!!! The varieties of scents are amazing and the fact they are natural is what really is a plus for me. Outdoor gatherings are more pleasant with these products!

Well done, Thanks

While the sprays I bought smell fabulous and do a pretty good job of keeping the mosquitoes from me, that is not the case for my husband and our grandson. They both received multiple bites while in our yard, minutes after application. I was very careful to be thorough when applying to the child so I know he was well covered. Additionally, the spray mechanism on one of the bottles stopped working the second day I used it.

Hi Robin, we are so sorry you are unhappy with our sprays. As always, we will issue you a full refund. Please keep your sprays if you would like, and we will send you replacement spray tops by mail. We are testing various spray tops this season, as the global supply chain issues caused our favorites to drop in quality. Thank you for your feedback and please reach out to us for any other questions!
Great product, packaging could use improvement. The spray lever broke off after the 3rd or 4rth use and now needs to be put back on after each use. It's unnecessarily complex and fragile and a simple pump top would be much more reliable. Update: Nantucket Spyder promptly followed up and sent us two replacement sprayer tops. Couldn't ask for more, great support. As for the product itself, we were standing in a group at an early morning tag sale waiting for it to open. Everyone around us were swatting noseeums, black flies and mosquitoes. People noticed 2 things. First, we were the only ones not getting bitten and joining in on the the slapping cadence of the group and second, we smelled really good too. A number of people asked for the name of what we were using. It works.
