I had to call in order for the replacement hearing aid to be sent to my husband. I kept checking my email but after they were received I never got an update.

The salesman was courteous and helpful. Customer service was also very helpful. However I'm still waiting for a call to setup return of the aids. They don't hold the charge. If it's just a malfunction, I would be willing to try again.
