The first set would not hold a charge. I called they were very nice sent me a second set. I paid the difference the second Set cause they were different. I got them. The left one would not work call them They sent me a new one. . The new one came and it's been working good.

Replaced aids I couldn't use with acceptable pair

Nano has totally lost their way. They've gone from simple and cheap to cheap and unworkable. Price is not the issue if you can't use the hearing aids to clearly hear conversations.

Christine straitened out a false delivery by the USPS. It came the following day as she told me that might be the case. Plus the customer service was great about keeping me informed of the order status, and quickly offered to send another package if mine did not arrive within 24 hours. Good customer relations is a rare commodity, but they have it.
