Got the hearing aids. Work well. Just wish the sound was less "tinny"

They will rip you off. Hearing aids are poor quality and they never worked. They refused to return my money. I wish I had read these reviews , I would have never purchased them DONT BUY THEM

They are hard to get used to and tough to find the right volume

My right in the ear Nano hearing aid stopped working. I replaced the battery and it still did not work. I called the service representative and she asked me to change the battery three times!!!!! I thought this to be excessive and the aid still did not work. I am mailing the aid to the warehouse in Las Vegas. God knows how long it will take for a repair or replacement which is very frustrating for elderly neither hearing loss.

The batteries fall out of the carrier when you open the hearing aid. Not a serious problem. Just irritating.

So far not hearing tv better but seems that people around me are yelling. Still working on them!

I just received them and have not had a chance to try them
