worst customer service, worst return policy, worst products, stay away! TERRIBLE!

This company is deceitful. The claim to refund your money is a total lie. I purchased the CIC NANO hearing aids for my husband. The left one never worked so I sent it back for a replacement. The replacement worked for two days and then the right one stopped working. When I called to complain they gave a choice to pay for repair even though I had paid for the warrant. They refused to refund. Will file a complaint with the better business bureau and plan to post a complaint on social media. I would rate NANO less than 1 star.

This company advertises a 45 day back guarantee; however, good luck getting any money back. Though it is fairly easy to get in touch with customer service, you will be assured that someone from Returns will call you back regarding the processing of your return. This will not happen. You will get the same thing everytime. These actually are fairly nice amplifiers for those struggling to hear low volumes; however, if you struggle with certain frequencies, understanding voices in noisy places, or have directional hearing issues, these will not help. They are mighty expensive for amplifiers.

I purchased the cic in ear hearing aids and all they do is make a ungodly squealing noise ! Terrible Played around all day with customer service which fixed nothing ! The played for hours trying to get a return label to send the junk back and get my money refunded ! What a joke that was ! Finally got a return label but they said they will refund my money 30-45 days after they receive them back ! Terrible ! Please do not waste your money on this terrible company ! Do not believe the reviews on their website they are lies ! Save yourself a lot of wasted time and trouble DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT

One did not work and the other made no improvement so I tried to return for refund. Called a number of times for a RMA but no one was there and no one returned any of my calls. Finally after many rounds of emails I got a RMA and returned the hearing aids. Waited a month but no refund or communication. Emailed and got response that one was broken so they won't refund but for another $79 they can repair and return to me. An absolute waste of money and terrible service and hard earned money down the drain.

Sent mine back to company for a whistling noise in left ear that my wife could here across the room and hoped for a repair or replacement. They took it apart and sent me back a photo saying it was damaged. I very seldom used the aids and kept them in the storage box. At this point they just want more money. $79.00 to be exact. Company does not back their product and are unwilling to work with their customers. Save your money and buy from a reputable company.

Adding additional information.. I previously reviewed to say the same situation many others have… returned UNUSED hearing aids back in Nov, and they now claim they were damaged and sent a fake photo. I have filed also with the BBB, but have gotten nowhere and now the company is claiming my “misuse” of the product. We never even got a chance to try them since my grandfather ended up in the hospital. I also filed a dispute with my bank. If anyone finds anything helpful, please share. I’m at a loss, I know we will not get his money back, but I’m concerned about other elderly people being scammed as that is their target consumer. UPDATE- I received a refund from Nano through the credit card dispute I placed with my bank.. I hope others can do the same to get their money back.

Anyone know of a lawsuit so we can be refunded? This is ridiculous! They claim the return was damaged and refuse to refund.
