This company is a scam! We recieved the hearing aids Friday. My mom can’t hear out of them. Today is Monday I called them to set up a return twice. Each time I was given the run around about how someone needs to call me back to set up the return. They have a 45 day money back guarantee but the way they are operating it’s almost like they play games to run your 45 days down. I don’t like how I can’t call and just get the instructions on returning these hearing aids.

Nano customer service worked so hard to make sure that we were getting the best fit for my mother. I would definitely recommend.

your product does not work they will not hold a charge now we have tried 3 different sets just give my money back .They seem to not want to refund the money you just keep sending product that does not work as advertised

When I was having a little trouble at first customer service was Johnny on the spot. So far I am very happy with my hearing aids.

I'm trying to make a return, and your business process is challenging to navigate. Hearing aids can be ordered on-line, but can't be returned on-line. An email and a phone call are still not sufficient. I've now been waiting more the 48 hours for a return call from an Advanced Support team member. So I'll be calling again on Monday. Very disappointed.
