Easy in all matters. Sent quickly, instructions easy to follow. Return policy also very easy. We tried two different types. Unfortunately my husband's tinnitus is to severe. We appreciate the chance to try. Thanks Nano!

Customer service is ok. Often get a rep from another country who may or may not be knowledgeable. Product may be helpful to some people with hearing loss. I did not find it helpful for me. Pretty basic device.

Too colorful. Maybe because I am a small person but the blue and red color showed while in my ear. But I traded for the behind the ear ones which look better. I wasn’t sure about behind the ear because I wear reading glasses and take them on and off all day. I have been wearing them for a few days and they do work but it is something you have to get use to
