Nano hearing aids work great if you make sure to clean them after use removing any ear wax. Also, make sure to align with the ear canal. Instructions are pretty good, I would buy again.

We had a great experience to bad that the hearing didn't work on my kids grand father cause he needs to get check from his doctor...

The switches are to hard to use and they don't seem to improve my hearing. I have tried all 3 models and none work. I am in the process of sending back the last set I tried.

First I bought your hearing aids new 6 days later had to call for new ones instead of new one you sent me back referbished ones and the right one worked the left would not stop whistling no matter what I did so I called and had another left sent it was referbished you would think that if you by something and it only last 6 days you would get new ones to replace them still don’t know if these will last

I appreciate the work that has been done, in dealing with my concerns, and issues, I am still having issues, such as the blue ear piece has no beeps, the red one, beeps, but what does four beeps mean, as for the charger when is it fully charged, do I charge the ear pieces when the light of the charger is green, The thing is i believe your system will work for me, but there has not been a day without issues, the problems may be of me, then again it could be you, I just want the system to work. Thank you
