Your 1st interviewer asked too many needless questions trying to sell more acessories which almost caused me to cancell my order.

I have repeatedley requested a return invoice number and this has been ignored. According to your policy, if I am not satisfied with the product, the product can be returned with full reimbursement of my funds.

Can not get them to work. It might be the charger My husband is frustrated & wants me to send them back.
