I've tried three times to get this order to work and each time have been given the runaround by NANO for HEARING AIDS that , for whatever reason, DO NOT WORK ! I would give a N/A rating for this company but 1 star is as low as I can go ( Unless by some miracle NANO CORRECTS their mistake )

1st pair out of box the right side didn’t work so they sent a upgrade pair and the were refurbished and after 4 days right side will not come on I’m so tired of all this crap and nobody seems to care

I have ordered a regular pair of your hearing aids. I call y’all about my hearing aids. The company sent me a digital hearing aids. And then y’all have sent me a different pair supposed to be a regular pair and then y’all sent me a different pair of digital pair again. And I talk with someone again but they told me to try them so I have. But I would just love to get just a regular pair of hearing aid. What have I got to do to get a pair?

Ordered nano hearing aids for my husband and within 5 days notified the company they weren’t working and asked for instructions to return. Was trying to be pressured for another pair and told the no. Just want to return. Finally was instructed to take pictures of product,followed codes to be included all in perfect condition. And returned within 2 weeks only after numerous email instructions which I followed and was in constant contact I was returning for a full refund long before their 45 day notice. They delayed and delayed and I filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit company.Weeks later my credit card company credited me with the dollar amount and nothing from Nano. They are a scam company and beware doing business with this company for an inferior product and keep. Your money at the same time
