I purchased my pool at the Poughkeepsie location, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, I would highly recommend this particular store to anybody shopping for a pool, there staff went completely above and beyond my expectations.

Bought a beautiful outdoor table and chairs at a very reasonable price. The quality was good. The service was great, they helped us load it into our truck. We will be enjoying it for years

Best store ever the manager in the orange store is the best he goes out of his way for the customers

Took a bunch of calls and tracking someone down in the store to get a refund from a cancelled order. Order was cancelled before shipment. Took at least a month and a lot of personal time to receive a refund. Brutal experience.
